At Golf Masters Store, we stand behind every club, glove, and piece of apparel we sell. If your golf equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with our straightforward 15-day return policy.

What Can Be Returned

  • All golf clubs (must be in original condition with headcovers)
  • Golf apparel and clothing (tags attached, unworn)
  • Golf bags & carts (unused with original packaging)
  • Golf balls (unopened boxes)
  • Golf gloves (unused with original packaging)
  • Golf hats and belts (tags attached, unworn)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom golf equipment (including engraved clubs or monogrammed apparel)
  • Opened packages of golf balls
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For clubs, ensure headcovers are included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees for standard returns

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your exchange request in your return email
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
  4. No additional shipping charges for exchanges (continental US only)

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
